Our founder Sheila Carswell is a published author* and expert in the field of sales growth and is a highly accomplished sales leader with over 25 years sales experience spanning organisations such as GKN, P&O, Siemens, IBM and Microgen.  Her skills include sales leadership, sales strategy, business development, account management, partner channel development, sales coaching, lead generation, and sales recruitment at all levels.
